The quest board sits with golden vines bordering it. It is pretty fancy and all the other signs in the hall are gaudy. Each trying to out do the last. Even the floor tiles were gaudy trying to stand out with its white marble and golden leaves. Dozens of people are sitting in benches talking and paying it no mind.
